This is where you take over the controls. Our custom live configurator lets you build your decoration piece by piece. You get to call the shots across four distinct steps:

• Step 1: Choose an Initial. Pick the core letter that will anchor the whole design.
• Step 2: Choose a Colour. Select from our custom-curated festive range to match your holiday theme.
• Step 3: Enter Your Engraving. Most people opt for a full name, but others choose simple combinations like "M" and "D" for Mum and Dad, or "G" for Grandma and Grandad. It is entirely up to you—that is the beauty of handmade, custom work.
• Step 4: Add the Festive Sparkle. Decide whether you want to add a vibrant glitter finish to the bauble backing to catch the tree lights, or keep it classic and clean.

Once you’ve dialed in your settings, click Add to Order.

The MakerLab handles everything from single, highly sentimental standalone pieces to massive bulk runs—we’ve processed individual orders for one special keepsake, and massive workshop runs of 30 baubles for an entire extended family.

Step 2: Into the Lab (The Engineering Phase)

Once your order hits my desk, the physical work begins. Your bauble is queued up for production.

• If it’s a 3D printed design, the Flashforge AD5X builds it layer by layer out of high-grade, resilient materials.
• If it's a timber or slate design, the XTool M1 handles the precision etching.

After the machine finishes, the piece is hand-finished, polished, and checked against our strict laboratory quality control: If it's not perfect, it goes back in the fire.

Step 3: Secure Shipping and Unboxing

Once approved, your custom decorations are securely packaged to withstand the postal system and dispatched straight to your door with tracking info.
